IEP Team Member Excusal

The excusal request is to be completed
1. when a required team member is requesting to be excused from an IEP meeting.
2. when the parent is requesting to be excused from an IEP meeting.
3. when the chair person is not available.
4. when the IEP team is requesting the meeting be rescheduled.
